The companyís practices allow us to get in touch with the customerís needs, and to be sure that the job we do is completed quickly, accurately and with as little effort on the part of the consumer and building team as possible.

Our consultation services center around the companyís excellent hardware schedules, which are always well organized, precise and comprehensive. In fact, our schedules are so clear and consistent, they have actually been placed directly into Architects’ Project Specification Manuals and we are proud to say that we are able to do take-offs from plans as well as Architectís and Designerís schedules, making the entire process that much easier.

The company has perfected the scheduling system over the years, and the end result is an organization which groups items on the list together by type, making the entire document much easier to read. These groups place doors or windows together, based on their qualities and function. For instance, doors are grouped together when they are all privacy doors, patio doors, or passage doors and share the same hardware needs.

There is no need to "decode" our schedules, we simply list each door with itís location, and what hardware, including levers, roses, hinges, strikes etc., is needed to in order to complete an installation or purchase order. This organization echoes the intent of our SitePoint Packaging System: to reduce error, man-hours, and difficulty in installation, as part of our on-going efforts to serve and show consideration for all of our customers.
